The correct name of the famous winner of the Isle of Le Man Grand Prix for motor cycles was Leonard Randles, not Leslie.

The Viking leader Magnus Haraldsson died in 974. On this stamp he is admiring the skyline of the city of Chester in the 14th century.

The Vikings could not have sailed with their shields hanging outside, they would have fallen off or hindered the rowing. Correct on other stamp.

Wrong inscription : Rex Manniae et Insularem. Corrected on a later stamp : Insularum.
